When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store plain text passwords). When you subscribe, payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.
We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, send account-related communications, and improve the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Property data displayed in the Service is sourced from public records (Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation) and third-party APIs (RentCast). This data is publicly available and is not considered private information.
We use session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). The Service is hosted on AWS with industry-standard security practices. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics.
