These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of REHunter Pro ("the Service"), operated by FNNP Investments LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: real estate investment analysis and property management. You may NOT:
Competitive Use Prohibition: Using the Service, its outputs, methodologies, or any information derived from the Service to develop, enhance, or operate a competing real estate analysis platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Violation may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and claims for damages including lost revenue and development costs.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, scoring models, cost formulas, analysis methodologies, user interface designs, and documentation, is the proprietary property of FNNP Investments LLC and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The proprietary analysis methods, scoring algorithms, cost estimation formulas, and deal evaluation frameworks embedded in the Service constitute trade secrets of FNNP Investments LLC. Users acknowledge that access to the Service does not grant any rights to these trade secrets.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Property data displayed in the Service is sourced from public records (Maryland SDAT/ArcGIS) and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Analysis results are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.
Your account data, saved analyses, and usage information are stored securely. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service provides analysis tools and estimates for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice. All investment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals. Property valuations, rehab cost estimates, and deal scores are algorithmic estimates and may differ from actual market conditions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
FNNP Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, investment losses, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to competitive use, data scraping, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated data will be revoked.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
